Why is there a new Privilège Contract?

It is part of our professional approach to our clients who want greater visibility and want to know how their property is coming along. It also coresponds to the importance we place on commitment. For example, in the new Privilège Contract, we not only determine a precise date with the client, but also guarantee the use of local and national sales resources. What are clients looking for today?

We don't "consume" real estate today in the same way as we did a few years ago. Today, we buy property with the prospect of reselling it. It is rare to buy property for life.
