A seasoned real estate agent (M/F)

Selling comes naturally to you. Every year, Laforêt Immobilier recruits about 400 real estate agents, half in Greater Paris and half in the provinces.

Your profile
You have a high school diploma and up to three years of tertiary education with proven experience in selling (not necessarily real estate).

Your job
You will be required to find, manage, keep track of and sell property listings (apartments, houses, etc.)

• Find
  • Direct prospecting (door-to-door);
  • Tele-prospecting;
  • Property valuation
  • Obtaining listings (agreements with sellers)
• Managing and keeping track of properties
  • Making commitments on behalf of the agency in relation to information, promotion and communication;
  • Keeping track of information and clients.
• Selling
  • Contacts with buyers (by phone or at the agency) ;
  • Diagnosis of needs
  • Financing plans and help with obtaining financing
  • Property viewings
  • Post-visit analysis and conclusions;
  • Follow-up of documents required for completion of sale, contact with notaire, etc.

Legal status
Sales rep. You salary is between 24,800 euro and 56,000 euro per year, sometimes more.

Junior and senior real estate agents (M/F)

A unique training tool in the profession:
Laforêt Immobilier provides 8-month classroom and practical training courses (fixed term contract) in its own real estate sales school.

Depending on their results, the trainees will be given a permanent contract in one of the agencies in the network.
They can earn up to 24,000 euro the first year.

The training sessions begin every 5 or 6 weeks; information and pre-selection meetings are organised each month at Head Office.

Property team secretary

You are organised, you get on with people easily and you want to take on commercial responsibilities.
Laforêt Immobilier recruits about 100 team secretaries each year.
It is a strategic position, because 80% of the agency's initial contacts are made with the property team secretary.

Your profile
You are over the age of 25, you have a high school diploma or more, you are computer-literate, have good organisational and interpersonal skills, you are self-sufficient and have 2 to 5 years of successful experience behind you.

What will your job be?
You will be carrying out two main tasks for your agency:
> A commercial task, including desk and telephone reception, appointment-taking, perception of clients' and team's needs;
> An administrative task, including the registration and management of property listings, window display and diary management, typing, etc.
