Your job
You will be required to find, manage, keep track of and sell property listings (apartments, houses, etc.)

• Find
  • Meeting propects;
  • Property valuation
  • Obtaining listings (agreements with sellers)
• Managing and keeping track of properties
  • Suivi des informations issues de la recherche terrain ;
  • Monitoring a property owners' portfolio;
  • Monitoring a buyers' portfolio;
  • Follow-up of documents required for completion of sale, including contact with notaire.
• Selling
  • Contacts with buyers (by phone or at the agency) ;

  • Property viewings
  • Post-visit analysis and conclusions;
