Why is there a new Privilège Contract?

What are clients looking for today?
We don't "consume" real estate today in the same way as we did a few years ago. Today, we buy property with the prospect of reselling it. It is rare to buy property for life. This is why the new version of the Privilège Contract includes advice on taking out a mortage and access to as much information as possible.
